Stargazers in the UAE were in for a treat on Tuesday as the country witnessed a partial solar eclipse.
The celestial spectacle reached its peak at about 3:51 pm and ended by 5:00 pm.
A partial solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between the Earth and the Sun, and the three are not perfectly aligned.
As a result, the Moon will appear to cover a portion of the Sun.
The next partial solar eclipse in the UAE will not be visible until 2027.
