Authorities are warning of delays on Emirates Road on Saturday and Sunday due to scheduled maintenance and rehabilitation works.
In a social media post, Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) said work will be done between Dubai-Al Ain Road and the Al Amardhi – Al Awir Road intersection towards Sharjah.
It will take place from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and will continue until August 30.
The RTA advised drivers to plan their journeys in advance to avoid disruptions and ensure timely arrival at their destinations.
