Baseball United, the first professional baseball league dedicated to the Middle East and South Asia, has announced its inaugural season and several key events.

The league will kick off its first full season on October 23, 2025, featuring five franchises: Mumbai Cobras, Karachi Monarchs, Arabia Wolves, Mid East Falcons, and a new Riyadh-based team. The season will include 33 games over 32 days, culminating in a best-of-three championship series.

In addition to the regular season, Baseball United will host the Baseball United Cup from February 22 to March 1, 2025, featuring the league's initial four teams in a round-robin tournament. The league will also introduce the Baseball United Arab Classic from November 7-10, 2024, which will be the largest national team tournament in the region, featuring teams from eight countries including India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

The league, co-founded by Kash Shaikh, John Miedreich, and MLB legends Barry Larkin and Mariano Rivera, has been working towards establishing professional baseball in the region for nearly three years.

The inaugural draft in October 2023 included a significant number of players with MLB experience.

Tickets for the Arab Classic will go on sale in September, while tickets for the Baseball United Cup and Season One will be available for VIP and season purchases later this winter.
