Champions League: Liverpool survive scare, Barca edge Inter

Liverpool survived a major scare to register their first Champions League win of the season.

The defending champions let a three-goal lead slip against Red Bull Salzburg before winning 4-3 at Anfield.

Mohamed Salah had the final word as the Egyptian smashed home the winner 21 minutes from time.

Elsewhere, Luis Suarez scored a double as Barcelona came from behind to beat Inter Milan 2-1 at Camp Nou, while Ajax thrashed Valencia 3-0, and Napoli were held to a goalless draw by Genk.

In other games, Willian volleyed home in the 78th minute to give Chelsea a 2-1 win over Lille in France, and Borussia Dortmund beat Slavia Prague 2-0.

In Group G, Zenit defeated Benfica 3-1 and Lyon were 2-0 winners at Leipzig.
