A century from Mohammed Hafeez has helped to extend Pakistan’s lead in the third and final test. At lunch on day four, Pakistan are 229-4 in their second innings. Jonny Bairstow missed the chance to stump Hafeez on 98 and he was also dropped by Stuart Broad on 113. Alastair Cook’s men need a win to level the three match series. The hosts lead by 157 runs at lunch.
