Delhi Capitals defeated Punjab Kings by nine wickets in the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Wednesday.

The match was shifted to Mumbai's Brabourne Stadium from Pune, following several COVID-19 cases in the Delhi camp.

The chaotic buildup did not deter Delhi as they dismissed Punjab for just 115 with Khaleel Ahmed, Lalit Yadav, Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav taking two wickets each.

In reply, Delhi who seemed to be in a hurry to wrap up the match, reached their victory target with 57 balls remaining.

David Warner was unbeaten on 60 (30 balls) and Prithvi Shaw contributed 41 (20 balls).

It was Delhi's third win in six games while Punjab suffered their fourth loss in seven games.
