Delhi Capitals defeated Rajasthan Royals by six wickets to replace Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at the top of the Indian Premier League (IPL) table.
Chasing a big total of 191-6, the visitors won the game in Jaipur with 4 balls remaining.
Rishabh Pant (unbeaten 78 off 36 balls) and Shikhar Dhawan ( 54 off 27) smashed rapid half-centuries for Delhi, while Prithvi Shaw struck a classy 42.
It was heartbreak for the Royals who posted a competitive score, thanks to Ajinkya Rahane's unbeaten 105 (63 balls) and captain Steve Smith's 50 (32 balls).
In reply, Delhi were off to a flying start as Shaw and Dhawan added 72 runs for the opening wicket, smashing 45 in just the first five overs.
With this win, Delhi now leads the standings with 14 points and a better run-rate over CSK, while Rajasthan lie in the seventh spot.
