Former boss of athletics' world governing body the IAAF, Lamine Diack, is set to stand trial in France over charges of corruption and money-laundering.
The 86 year old has been under house arrest since November 2015.
The allegations refer to payments he's supposed to have taken for deferring sanctions against Russian athletes who had taken drugs.
His son is also facing charges but fled to Senegal.
Both deny any wrongdoing.
