Henry Nicholls was named player of the match for smashing 82 runs off 111 balls. Trent Boult was the pick of the bowlers with 4-40, while Pakistan’s Mohammad Amir and Anwar Ali picked three wickets each. The second game of the three-match series will be played in Napier on Thursday, January 28.
