1. Eligibility

1.1 The Competition is open to residents of the United Arab Emirates aged 18 years or over at the date of entry who hold a valid Emirates ID. Entry via test drive (section 2) additionally requires a valid UAE driving licence.

1.2 The following persons are not eligible to enter:

1. Current and former employees of Lepas, Al Ghurair Group and its subsidiaries;
2. Current and former employees of ARN and its parent company Dubai Holding Entertainment;
3. Current and former employees of the event sponsors Hamdan bin Mohammed Smart University, Al Wathba Insurance and JA Hotels and Resorts;
4. The agencies, contractors and promotional staff engaged by any of the above on this Competition or the Ultimate Road Trip to Hatta event; and
5. The immediate family members and household members of any person listed in (a) to (d).

1.3 ARN reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any entrant who cannot provide it.

2. How to Enter

2.1 There are two ways to enter, both at the Lepas showroom, Deira, Dubai, during the Competition Period:

1. Showroom test drive: visit the showroom, complete the digital registration form provided by ARN and complete a test drive of a Lepas vehicle; or
2. Live broadcast sign-up: attend the showroom while an ARN station is broadcasting live (evening shows on 8, 9 and 10 September 2026, times announced on air by each station) and register for a Lepas test drive via the digital registration form.

2.2 Registrations received outside the Competition Period, or which are incomplete, illegible, inaccurate or fraudulent, will not be accepted.

2.3 No purchase is necessary. Entry is free of charge.

2.4 In all cases participants must provide a valid Emirates ID number and accurate contact details (full name, mobile number and email address) on the registration form. Test drives are subject to Lepas' standard test drive terms, including presentation of a valid UAE driving licence and Emirates ID, and Lepas may refuse a test drive at its discretion. Under route (a), a participant who registers but is refused or does not complete a test drive will not receive an entry.

3. Entries and Entry Limit

3.1 A participant who enters under route (a) (showroom test drive) receives one (1) entry into the draw. Entries are validated against a unique Emirates ID number; one Emirates ID number equals one participant.

3.2 A participant who enters under route (b) (registering for a test drive at the showroom during a live ARN broadcast) receives five (5) entries into the draw.

3.3 Winners of the on-air radio competition "The Ultimate Road Trip to Hatta" automatically receive five (5) entries. Entries are allocated to the registered winner of each winning family, one set of five (5) per family, and no test drive is required.

3.4 The maximum number of entries any one participant may hold is five (5), regardless of how those entries are earned. A Road Trip winner who also completes a test drive does not receive further entries. Duplicate or multiple registrations under the same Emirates ID will be counted as a single registration.

4. Winner Selection

4.1 All valid entries will be printed on individual tickets and placed in a sealed draw box.

4.2 The draw will be conducted at JA Lake View Hotel, Dubai, on the evening of Saturday 12 September 2026, under the supervision of, and with the winning ticket drawn by, a representative of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism ("DET") in accordance with DET raffle regulations.

4.3 A single ticket will be drawn and the participant named on it will be the winner. If the winner is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, declines the prize or fails to claim it within the period in clause 6.4, the prize will be redrawn under DET supervision at a later date to be announced by ARN.

4.4 The date, time and venue of the draw may be changed at ARN's discretion. Any change will be announced on air and on ARN station websites.

5. The Prize

5.1 One (1) prize only: a Lepas L4 Style (1.5T petrol engine, 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, front-wheel drive, 17-inch wheels), in a colour determined by Lepas subject to availability, with a retail value of AED 73,999 including VAT.

5.2 The prize is supplied by Lepas. ARN facilitates the Competition and draw only and is not the supplier of the prize.

5.3 The prize includes Lepas' 7-year / 200,000 km manufacturer warranty (whichever occurs first). The warranty is conditional on the vehicle being serviced at Lepas by Al Ghurair service centres in accordance with the manufacturer's schedule. A service package is not included.

5.4 The prize does not include RTA registration fees, number plates, motor insurance, Salik, fuel, servicing, or any other cost of ownership. All such costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5.5 The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged or substituted for an alternative vehicle. Should the winner wish to receive a cash alternative in place of the vehicle, the amount and terms are to be negotiated directly between the winner and Lepas by Al Ghurair. ARN is not a party to any such arrangement and gives no assurance that a cash alternative will be offered.

5.6 Lepas reserves the right to substitute the prize with a vehicle of equal or greater value if the specified vehicle becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

6. Notification and Claiming the Prize

6.1 The winner will be announced at the draw and notified by telephone and email on the evening of the draw using the contact details provided at registration. The winner need not be present at the draw.

6.2 If ARN is unable to contact the winner after making reasonable attempts using the details provided at registration, or the winner declines the prize, clause 4.3 applies.

6.3 The winner must present their original Emirates ID and UAE driving licence, and provide any further documentation reasonably required, to verify identity and eligibility before the prize is released.

6.4 The winner must complete all formalities with Lepas and collect the vehicle within three (3) months of the draw date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize without compensation.

6.5 Once the winner has been announced by ARN, all matters relating to the vehicle, including handover, registration, documentation, delivery timing, defects, servicing, complaints and warranty claims, are between the winner and Lepas. ARN has no liability for the prize or its condition.

7. Publicity

7.1 The winner agrees to attend the Lepas showroom, Deira, Dubai, at a mutually agreed time for a prize handover and publicity photographs and video.

7.2 The winner consents to their name, image, voice and likeness being used by ARN and Lepas, without further payment, in promotional material relating to this Competition, including on air, on ARN and Lepas websites and social media channels, and in press releases.

8. Disqualification

8.1 ARN may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who:

1. Submits multiple registrations, or registrations using another person's Emirates ID;
2. Provides false or misleading information;
3. Tampers with or attempts to interfere with the registration process, the draw or the conduct of the Competition;
4. Behaves in a way that is abusive, dangerous or brings ARN, Lepas or any event sponsor into disrepute, including during the test drive; or
5. Breaches these Terms and Conditions or ARN's General Competition Terms and Conditions.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Personal data collected through the registration form is controlled by ARN and processed in accordance with ARN's privacy and cookies notice ( www.arn.ae/cookies-notice ) and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

9.2 By registering, participants consent to ARN processing their data for the purpose of administering the Competition and conducting the draw.

9.3 Participants who tick the consent box on the registration form agree to ARN sharing their name and contact details with Lepas for the purposes of arranging the test drive and for Lepas' marketing communications. Participants who do not consent will still be entered into the draw, but Lepas will not receive their details except as required to administer the test drive itself.

9.4 The winner's name and contact details will be shared with Lepas for the purpose of prize fulfilment. The winner's name and photograph will be published as described in section 7.

10. General

10.1 The Competition is conducted with the approval of DET and is subject to DET's standard prize draw rules and regulations.

10.2 ARN's General Competition Terms and Conditions, published at www.arn.ae/competition-terms-conditions and on each ARN radio station website, apply to this Competition. In the event of any conflict, these specific Terms and Conditions prevail.

10.3 By entering, participants confirm they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

10.4 ARN, Lepas and the event sponsors accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered by any participant in connection with the Competition, the test drive or the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Participation in the test drive is at the participant's own risk and subject to Lepas' test drive terms and insurance.

10.5 ARN and Lepas are not responsible for registrations that are lost, delayed or not received due to technical failure, network outage or any cause outside their reasonable control.

10.6 ARN reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or extend the Competition at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to DET approval where required.

10.7 In the event of any dispute regarding the Competition or these Terms and Conditions, the decision of ARN, in consultation with Lepas, is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

10.8 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai.
