1.1 million emergency calls received by Dubai Police in three months

Dubai Police fielded 1.1 million emergency calls since April 2021 on its 999 hotline.

Over 99% of these calls were answered within 10 seconds, helping reduce the response time significantly.

Extreme emergency scenarios received police help in under three minutes despite a targeted response time of six minutes.

Similarly, the average time for police patrols to reach non-emergency cases was just above 10 minutes despite a targeted response time of 30 minutes.
