UAE-Hong Kong flights back to normal

All UAE flights to and from Hong Kong are operating as per their normal schedule.

Operations at the city's international airport had shut down twice over the last few days after thousands of anti-government protesters blocked passengers from accessing the departure area.

Both Emirates Airline and Etihad Airways have said their routes to Hong Kong are running as scheduled today.

However, passengers are still being advised to check the status of their flight before heading to the airport and to arrive extra early.
